Mechanical Design Engineer
Job responsibilities： 1.Complete the design of 3D models and 2D drawings for new equipment based on customer needs; 2.Responsible for the preparation, design output, and archiving of program documents at various stages of the new product development process; 3.To carry out transformation and upgrading of existing equipment based on the usage conditions of the equipment at the customer's site; Job requirements： 1.Bachelor degree or above in mechanical design and other related engineering disciplines; 2.Strong mechanical design ability, proficient in using SolidWorks, EB electronic board, AutoCAD and other design software, able to independently complete equipment and component design; 3.Experience in independently completing product design and project management is preferred; 4.Experience in vacuum equipment, vacuum transmission mechanism, thermal field design, and manufacturing, familiarity with vacuum pumps and other accessories is preferred; 5.Good communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit; 6.Be responsible and conscientious in work, with a strong sense of responsibility.
Position 2
Electrical Design Engineer
Job responsibilities： 1.Responsible for the development and design of the vacuum high-temperature furnace control system, including the electrical system scheme and electrical component selection, overall layout, as well as electrical schematics and wiring diagram design; ensuring the safety and reliability of the electrical system; 2.Responsible for hardware and software debugging on customer sites; Job requirements： 1.Bachelor degree or above in electrical automation, electrical engineering, industrial electrical automation or other related engineering disciplines; 2.Familiar with the application of industrial control products, with more than 3 years of experience in automation design and commissioning; 3.Familiar with electrical design standards and specifications, proficient in at least one mainstream PLC programming (priority given to Siemens) and configuration software programming (priority given to WINCC and Hybrid configuration). Able to independently complete the selection of commonly used electrical components, proficient in using AutoCAD or EPLAN for electrical drawing; 4.Experience in independently completing product design and project management is preferred; 5.Good communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit; 6.Be responsible and conscientious in work, with a strong sense of responsibility.
Position 3
Equipment installation engineer
Job responsibilities： 1.Complete the installation and debugging of equipment according to the work arrangement of the workshop leader; 2.Installation and debugging on the customer's site; 3.6S maintenance within the factory area. Job requirements： 1.Secondary school or above, mechanical majors preferred; 2.1 year or more of assembly work experience in the machinery industry; 3.Able to familiarize with mechanical parts and assembly drawings; 4.Proficient in commonly used measurement tools; 5.Good communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit; 6.Be responsible and conscientious in work, with a strong sense of responsibility.
